By downloading, installing, or using the HeartBeat-Health tracker application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the App.

Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to health data, heart rate monitoring, blood pressure, blood sugar records, images, text, icons, trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by HeartBeat-Health tracker or authorized third parties. You may not copy, modify, transmit, sell, display, or otherwise use any content from the App without explicit authorization from HeartBeat-Health tracker or the relevant rights holders.

User Conduct

You agree to the following rules when using the App:

• A) Do not post, upload, transmit, or use any content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• B) Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App or its servers.
• C) Do not obtain, store, or tamper with other users' personal information without permission.
• D) Do not engage in any disruptive, intrusive, or malicious activities related to the security of the App.

Health Data & Privacy Protection

The App collects and stores your health data, including but not limited to heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, and other health metrics. This data is used solely to help monitor your health status and provide related insights. All health data will be protected and used strictly within the App. We are committed to taking reasonable security measures to prevent data leaks, misuse, or loss.

Please note that the health data and analysis provided by the App is for reference only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

Disclaimer

• A) The health monitoring data provided by the App is for reference only and should not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis. If you have any health concerns, please consult a professional healthcare provider.
• B) The health data and monitoring results in the App are based on user inputs and device sensors, which may be affected by device performance, environmental factors, and individual physiological differences. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
• C) The App does not take responsibility for any health issues or damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Subscription and Payment

• A) The App offers subscription-based services, and you can choose the subscription plan that best fits your needs.
• B) If you choose to subscribe to the App’s services, your iTunes account will be charged upon purchase confirmation. Unless you turn off the auto-renewal feature at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, your subscription will automatically renew.
• C) You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to "Account Settings" in the App Store.

Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of those third-party websites. We recommend that you review their privacy policies and terms of service before using them.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. In case of any dispute arising from these Terms, both parties should attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiations; if negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court located where the App is hosted.

Updates to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make updates, we will post the latest version on the App. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to understand how we are providing services to you.
